I have a bright upstairs bedroom available in North Natomas. The room is $900 month with utilities included (high-speed internet, water, power, etc.). You’ll have a dedicated bathroom right across the hall. The house itself is spacious with a great layout, including a small backyard and an in-house washer/dryer. For extra peace of mind, we also have a Ring security system and parking.

You’d be joining two guys who value a clean, chill, and respectful living environment. One of us works full-time while the other balances work and classes at Sac State. We’re usually pretty quiet during the week but enjoy a friendly, easygoing energy at home. I have a cat and a small dog that are really chill, so looking for a fellow animal lover!
