Looking for 1 roommate: • Gender/sex does not matter and 18+ only. • Most importantly looking for someone that is clean and considerate. • Can provide proof of stable job and income. • Credit score of at least 640+ • Someone with a 9-5 or graveyard shift work schedule.  • No smoking/vape inside. • Already home to pet dog so no pets, but may consider smaller animals like a bird, fish just no reptiles or rats.
