3. No laundry after 10 PM or before 5 AM.
4. No loud noise after 10 PM.
5. No smoking near the house or in the backyard.
6. Rotate house cleaning every 2 weeks and take out trash every Thursday.
7. No drama, screaming, fights, or violence inside the house.
8. Rent is due on the 28th of each month (VERY IMPORTANT).

Current Roommates:
4 young professionals, friendly, respectful, clean, no drugs, no tobacco. They work full time and are home mostly only at night.
