Spacious room with separate bathroom that would be your own. The apartment is close to schools, parks, shopping centers and grocery stores. Shared living, dining and kitchen space. Everyone would have their own privacy. Cars are welcome but preferably no dogs however if you do have a dog we can work something out. There is a $25 pet fee but no deposit. The apartment has a back private porch with rocking chairs. No smoking, caping or weed use unless it’s outside. Brand new apartment, I’m the not one who’s ever lived in it. Clean, friendly.
