Jason's room

The apartment is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I am happy to let you have the room with the connected bathroom and two closets. The patio is ground floor and looks out on to the park. The complex is located on the green belt, with great access to the 101 and 202. The unit has a washer/dryer

I am currently in a one bed room, my apartment needed some repair, so they are letting me switch units. I unexpectedly ended up with a two bedroom, and I am exploring the idea of having a roommate. The photos are of the model with the same layout. I will be moving in June 5th. I am a very grounded and easy going person. I enjoy living in a clean environment with good communication.

I will be getting a new couch, rugs, and artwork for the walls in the shared space. It would be great to have your input on these items. I have some plants and fish tanks I would like to have in the shared space.

I work in real estate development/ commercial construction and I am project sites from 8-4 most days. In my free time I enjoy reading, walking, I cook 4-5 days a week, go to the gym, spend a lot of time in nature, and I have a few fresh water aquariums.

I have a cat named Rick, he will be spending the summer-fall on a farm in Utah.
