Really good reviews, nice community center and amenities, private room and bath, close to city centers but not to close.

I keep to myself mostly and run a fairly clean ship. Ill be working normal hours for awhile. Im pretty nerdy, so I like to have really good internet, but I also go out a few times a week. Looking for someone good with dogs and that is friendly even if mostly keeping to themselves.
