hi! my name’s kira and i’m looking for a roommate to rent out this space with me! i currently live in this building but my current roomie is moving out and id like to switch units.

i have all of my own personal bedroom furniture, but the living room would be completely unfurnished and not much necessities in the kitchen. if you have anything of your own you’d like to bring that would be great! if not we can slowly decorate together :) there’s a coin operated laundry room in the building & this is an upstairs unit!

a little about me: i am an elementary education major (future teacher over here) and i work two jobs. i’m a barista in the mornings and a pizza maker by night sooo you can get all the free coffee & pizza you’d like. i work a lot, but when i’m not i love to be out & about with my friends or relaxing at home. i’m 18 years old and i have two cats! i’d prefer no other animals but i am flexible if i feel like we would get along. i would say that i’m a very accepting & welcoming person. and that i have a good balance of knowing when to have fun and when to be mature!

i’d love for my roomie to be like my best friend and for us to be able to come home and chit chat and wind down together! i’m most comfortable with a girl or nonbinary roommate. my biggest priority is keeping a safe, relaxing, and comforting space to call home.
