Room with Private bathroom for rent. Walking distance to grocery shopping. Looking for a young professional or graduate student who is clean and quite. No smoker, overnight guest or pets, we already have a small dog. Washer/dryer onsite If you are interested please contact me with information about yourself including occupation, how long you are looking for, working schedule, if WFH or not when you want to schedule a showing, etc. We require at least a 3 month lease to start and then can turn into a month to month if you would like. Application fee $50 for background check and 1 month deposit. Utility and internet $100 per month. Preferred move in time is at end of June, if you prefer to move in earlier, we can discuss too. Room is unfinished, can be finished with additional fee.

We are a young couple with a small dog. We rented out the room before and also rented from landloard home before, never have drama.
