We are looking for responsible, motivated, and respectful young professionals to create a shared community as roommates. Rooms are available to fit any budget depending on the size and private amenities included.

Master bedroom with private bath: $1000

Basement suite with private bath: $1000

Bedroom 1 with shared bath: $800

Bedroom 2 with shared bath: $800

All rooms include access to the kitchen, common living areas, and washer/dryer. The house has access to the HOA pool and local park. High-speed internet and all utilities are included in the rent.

All applicants are subject to a background and credit check and must meet the application requirements: Greater than a 640 credit score, income greater than 2x monthly rent, no prior evictions or unpaid balances to prior landlords. No pets allowed.

All the rooms are currently available and there is no one yet confirmed that will be living in the house.
