I’m a Graduate Programs Administrator at a local university. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, painting, photography, and other creative hobbies. I keep a clean, peaceful home and am looking for one considerate roommate who values open communication and a respectful living environment. No couples or frequent overnight guests, please. I have one friendly cat and would prefer not to add more pets, though one cat may be considered with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Tenant screening is required.
