Looking for a FEMALE roommate with a stable income source to share a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with for 12 months. Comes with great amenities, is located 15 minutes away from Atlanta, GA, and has little to no crime. This would involve signing the lease together and putting down the first and last month’s deposits.

Things to consider:

• I am a home based cosmetologist. Therefore, I will have clients in and out of the home. However, I will set up my own area so it won’t interfere with your space in any way. -No smoking, pets, or children. -FEMALES ONLY -MUST be clean. This includes washing dishes immediately after use, keeping personal belongings away from the common space, organization, etc. -Guests are fine. However, communication prior to having guests over is mandatory for safety reasons. Guests must be respectful and mindful of my presence.

However, I’m social and friendly once I get comfortable with you. I don’t have many guests over besides my clients. I’m VERY clean and organized.
