This is the master bedroom of the house so it is very large, has an attached private bathroom with walk in shower as well as walk in closet. The room is also at the back of the house so it stays nice and cool. The house has a large living room with windows with white trim covering most of the walls so you can see the leaves and trees in the back and it is really beautiful and peaceful. There is also a gas fire place! The kitchen has a gas stove and large fridge and there is lots storage space. There is a fire pit on the back deck and a hammock stand! There is a nice front porch as well! The house is right off of Alberta, so you get the perks of living off of a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops but do not have to deal with the noise or parking issues : ) The deposit can be paid throughout the first month too, so the cost of moving in is not so much up front!
I work full time and am in school. When I am not working I am usually climbing, hiking, biking, cooking, or doing homework. Because I am so busy I really value a clean and organized home. I have a very sweet three year old black cat.
