Looking for a roommate just outside downtown. Easy access to beltline and on the bus route to Epic. 20 min drive to Epic, 10 min bike to Capitol. Master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet available 8/1 at the latest (earlier move in may be negotiable). In unit washer and dryer. Shared living space is furnished. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, bars, parks, lakes, the zoo, and the arboretum. Also close to bike paths going all over. Rooftop patio has capitol view! Would be sharing with myself and a cat.

I’m a 23 year old working at Epic. I like biking and walking outdoors, cooking, dnd, and in general trying new things. I tend to be up early and usually spend some of that time on weekends cleaning. I don’t expect a roommate to be spotless but I appreciate someone who tidies up after themselves and generally isn’t messy. The cat is very sweet although she likes to yell for food (can’t blame her really).
