This is a Beautiful studio unit located in the best location in the community near the park. Rent is $899 per month. Tenant pays $50 flat fee for management, gate access, utilities including water, sewer, garbage , once a year pest control, 500 MBPS high speed internet and TV. This is clean studio that was just updated with new cabinets, new sinks, new faucets, new paint and new tile flooring in entire unit. The laundry is at the site near the office. Every tenant must be approved prior to occupancy. Additional membership with fee is required if you want to use night club, Tiki bar, restaurant, Gym, several pools, hot tub, 2 volleyball pools, pool table, pickleball.
