This is my home currently my sister lives w me. We do have dogs and cats so no more animals. Fenced yard, basement laundry , droveway parking. No smoking Or drugs no heavy drinking. Must Provide your own bath supplies, laundry supplies, and food. If you can do yard work I will deduct $45 off rent. Must be clean and quiet. No sleepovers or kids! There is a queen bed large dresser and small closet. The sooner you can move in the better.
