Jackie's room

1st floor room in a townhouse available with attached bath and walk-in closet! Garage parking included. 2nd floor is entirely living room with wooden floors and a large kitchen. Living room has large windows that let in a ton of light, and we’ve had no issues with any appliances or air conditioning. 3rd floor washer and dryer, and a small 4th floor rooftop patio. We didn’t lose power during the recent storm, so power grid is solid! Located one block off of the West Dallas and Montrose intersection.

Two additional roommates live on the third floor in two other rooms, and one very cute cat (Pumpkin) roams the house. The roommates, Jackie (F) and Sam (M), have lived together since 2022 [we are NOT a couple]. We’re both busy working professionals who care about our careers and the goings-on in the world. We’re both social and active people! Not big partiers at all. Looking for someone who fits right in :)
