Hi everyone! We’re three female law students in our mid-20s living in the White Plains/ West Harrison area. I’ll be moving home starting May 1, 2026 and am looking for someone around the same age to sublet my room for the summer with the option to take over the lease when it renews for 1 year on August 1, 2026.

The security deposit is just one month’s rent ($1325) and isn’t due until August 1st if you’re interested in the full lease. There’s no broker’s fee since we work directly with a private landlord.

The room itself is very spacious and includes a private full bathroom (with shower) and a (semi) walk-in closet. The townhouse has a garage and driveway, plus plenty of free street parking. We also have an in-unit washer/dryer, full HVAC, and a dishwasher. Our townhouse is in a very residential and safe neighborhood. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute drive to the Metro-North station and a 37-minute train ride into Grand Central. The area also offers access to local shopping, malls, restaurants, bars, and nearby hiking trails within a short drive.

We keep a very clean, quiet, and respectful home environment, especially during busy times like finals and bar prep (one of us will be studying for the bar exam this summer), so we’re looking for someone who values a similar atmosphere.
