The apartment is a moderate size and is for the most part very roomy. The kitchen and bathroom are both surprisingly large and clean. The room that will soon be empty is again fairly large. All rooms have heating and has a ac unit in the living room that makes nearly no dent in the electric bill. the landlord/property manager are attentive and sympathetic and as long as you pay rent on time for the most part he has no problem if you are a few days late.

The other roomate you will have is a quiet and reserved person who just makes sure bills are payed and makes a small impression on the overall living space. They have never been late on rent or bills and have always communicated how their financials were going. they also do their own chores and makes sure their space and the living space is nice.
