North Placentia Avenue

Hey! We’re looking for a new guy who’s clean, friendly, fun, respectful, and a college student, to move in with us for the next school year!

The move-in time will be July/August (with an application), with the lease ending June 30th, 2025. You’ll have a single, unfurnished downstairs bedroom that comes with its own in-suite, private bathroom! Rent will be ~$1k (not including electricity and wifi), and the entire apartment has a shared kitchen, dining, living room, and a small backyard.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk/4-minute drive from campus, so it’s super convenient! It also provides a very safe neighborhood, as we’ve never had to deal with ANY bad incidents, whether it be break-ins, stolen packages, or just creeps in general.

The apartment complex has a community pool w/ jacuzzi, basketball court, and grill. Parking is plentiful, as there will be street parking in multiple locations. Washing and drying will be located in a shared laundry room. It also has very easy access to freeways like the 57 or 91.

Your two future roommates are Brian and Jason! I’m an upcoming 4th year who’s from the bay that listens to rnb and dances. Jason is an upcoming 2nd year who’s also from the bay, and loves cars and going to the gym. He also listens to a lot of rap, but will definitely listen to any genre. We’re both hella spontaneous and loveee goin to concerts, random places, and trying new food spots, so if you know the spots then you could put us on! or we could put you on :D
