The home is a 3 BR 2.5 bath house and I’m looking for roommates to occupy the private rooms, as of right now there are two rooms available. Each room has a closet and will have access to the shared 1.5 bathrooms. I can have a rooms furnished upon request, but will mean an increase in rent. The rest of the shared spaces is furnished, this includes the living room and kitchen. Utilities (internet, heating, electricity, water) will be separate and split evenly with everyone living at the home.

There is currently one hypoallergenic dog running around and currently not looking to add more pets. No smoking allowed, but smoking allowed right outside the house. Lease term 6 months - 1 years. Background and credit check will be required.

There is currently me and one other female roomie living in the home. I am currently working in office full-time and is not home most of the day outside of sleeping. The other roomie works a travel nurse schedule and typically comes home late when she does.

We’re mindful of other people’s spaces and we keep the home clean and in good shape. In my free time I go to the gym, play video games, tennis, and go Latin dancing!
