The single-story house is located near Alamo Ranch off Tally road (from Wiseman & 1604) in a one-year new neighborhood with amenity center, swimming pool and landscaped entrance and sidewalks. The third bedroom for rent is approx. 10’x12’. There is an optional set of Ikea furniture available if needed (dresser, night stands and armoire) (bed not included). Private bathroom. Full laundry room is available. Newer appliances and flooring (one-year old). Seeking female who works out of the home, non-smoker. Must like cats.

I am an over-50 professional working remotely and my room is located at the back of the house. On weekends I like to get out of the house and am actively doing stuff. My 20-year-old daughter’s room is across the hall and she is busy with work and college and sleeps at home about half the week. We have two senior kitties who like to loaf in the sun on the back patio.
