Complex has numerous amenities, including tennis courts, pool, hot tubs, and gym with sauna, all of which are included in the price. Beach is 1 mile away and several restaurants are two blocks away, with more just a quick walk down the road. An 18-hole golf course is two miles down the road. A gate with 24-hour guard will let in visitors, who have access to on-site parking.

Playa del Rey is one of LA’s safest neighborhoods, an upscale residential community with tree-lined streets. It is less than 4 miles to LAX. The condo is located two blocks from Manchester Boulevard, which has major bus lines.

Within half a mile are several restaurants, including Mexican, Indian, a deli, Lebanese, Italian, pizza, donuts, and Subway. Just over a mile away is an entire strip of other restaurants.

A convenience store is three blocks away and stocks alcohol, groceries, and necessities. Full supermarket is just over one mile away, right across the street from the weekly farmers market and just next to a bowling alley.

I’m Chris. I’m from Murrieta, and relocated to LA for work. My friends would describe me as easy-going, calculated , funny, and a good listener. In my free time, I like to hit the gym, read, and watch TV. On the weekends, I often head out to Corona to spend time with my family. One of my favorite places to go to is the beach eat lunch and fall asleep.

I’m a software engineer by trade, and I work a pretty normal 8-5 schedule. During the week, I’m usually in bed by 10:00 and up by 4:40am. On the weekends, If I am not traveling for work, I’m usually asleep by 12 and up around 9.

‍I can be social person, but I also appreciate alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. Most of the people living in the complex or either seniors or small families, so it’s usually pretty quite and not the best place to through parties. I’m down to get to know each other; I’m not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to have a good living situation to promote a peaceful and productive living environment. Hopefully we can coordinate and occasionally host cook outs for friends. If you’re not open to the idea of sharing a meal together every once in a while, we’re probably not a good fit.

I like to keep common living spaces clean. I do my dishes every day (place has a dishwasher) and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized, but if we clean as we go it definitely won’t be needed.
