I am a senior refusing to retire. Looking for someone quiet, non-party (but loves to laugh). Clean!!! Full use of kitchen, dining, and living room. No smoking, vaping inside or out. I have a large Standard Poodle, so no other pets (but ask, I have an open mind.) Street parking (well lit), patio and lovely yard with full ocean view. In fact, about 200 steps to ocean edge. Love art, and enjoy painting and quiet. Classical music is the norm.
