Your room has a private bathroom, two big windows looking out at the back and side yards, plus a closet. If you need a bed, I have a full bed and TV I can put in there. The rest of the house: We have a nice kitchen with all you need. The dining room and living room are all open. We have a big couch with a big TV with Netflix, Hulu, Max, and Prime. There’s also a den if you’d like to sit somewhere quiet, and a washer & dryer for your laundry. The location: It’s in South DeKalb, near Decatur, and about a 25 minute commute to downtown or midtown, depending on traffic. You will need a car, because the nearest Marta stop is about a mile away. All the bills are included: Water, Electricity, Gas and Internet.

I’m a divorced dad, I work early mornings, and I have a 4 bedroom house, but it’s just me in the house… except for Friday and Saturday nights, my 14-year-old son is there. He is quiet and keeps to himself.
