Looking to fill one room in our Westville home. The room is sunny and large and makes up one of the rooms in a 6 bedrooms/2 bathroom shared apartment. All utilities and 2GB high speed fiber Wi-Fi are included in monthly rent. It also includes a dishwasher and two private washer and dryers in basement (not coin-op). There are also off street parking spaces available. The space has a large dining, kitchen and living room. It also has a large private porch and a large private deck. Looking for a Yale/SCSU/Quinnipiac/UNH (preferably junior/senior or grad) student or a young professional in their 20s. The other roommates are a mix of students and young professionals who are respectful, friendly and very welcoming. The room is $950 with all amenities included (heat, hot water and internet). Looking for a roommate to sign a one year lease with a move in date is 07/01/2026 and move out date of 7/31/2027. We are asking for two month security at signing.
