About the room
Really great location in Downtown Springfield. Right behind the Gilloiz. Close to Jordan Valley Park. Solid property management. Controlled access building. Cool neighbors. Super cost efficient for the amount of space. You would have to apply and be on a lease to move on. This is the property management rule.
About the roomies
Hello, I have lived in this nice little 2 bedroom loft downtown for two years. As rent prices and cost of living has gone up, I’ve been growing more interested in the possibility of a room mate. I’m a grown up, work hard, and pay my bills. I work full time from home but interested in setting up the larger bedroom as my own personal workspace, studio, living area - to be out of the way so that a prospective room mate can pretty much have the rest of the apartment. I’m a musican/saxophonist and spend my time doing that when I’m not working. I’m pretty chill, mindful, and compassionate. I tend to do better with female friends/room mates but open to a guy room mate as well. But only if we don’t talk football and maybe more topics including vinyl collections, jamming/live music art, and films that have substance, matters of the heart lol. If you’re looking to bro out, I’m not a good fit. If ya want to get down on some thrift stores and listen to 60s soul music - count me in. I’m college educated but don’t care if you are. If you come from a place of love, are mindful, and self aware I can dig your style. Dogs have to be under 30lbs per the guidelines of the property owners. Feel welcome to reach out to me if you have something in mind that may require negotiating. Im pretty easy on this stuff. I do know that the property manager will want you to apply and be on the lease. A consistent job and references would be ideal. But if your rental history isn’t super solid, that’s okay. I would want to meet at a coffee shop or something to see if the energy is right both for your benefit and mine! Thanks for the consideration.
