10–15 minutes from the South Bay shopping center (Target, Stop&Shop, TJ Maxx, etc.), Star Market, and other convenient stores.

10–15 minutes from JFK and Andrew (red line stops). There are numerous bus stops and commuter rail stops too.

Rent is $925 before utilities. We split the electricity and gas ($50-$100 per person). There are no other fees.

Coin-operated laundry in the basement. We’re on the second floor.

You get an individual bedroom, but you’ll have to share one of the bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are also shared.

No smoking/vaping is allowed on the property, and no pets are allowed.
