Has a nice back yard that you can use for gardening, spacious downstairs and one large office/bedroom upstairs. Can use your bike to make any downtown meeting with 5-10 minutes. Modestly furnished. Quiet neighborhood right next to a dog park. Not just a room but a house with kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room and cute enclosed back garden room.
