PICS Your room will be completely empty and clean when you arrive just like in the picture. Smelling great and ready for you to come in and organize your new space. Your bathroom is a few steps away from your room and is shared with one other female roommate, a great person. Roommate has small older male dog that stays in her room. Pic of kitchen included . Last pic is of my living room to try and show how I live, my little dog is on the couch in the pic. This area is not a shared space but is to show the house is very nice and feels like a “home”. I do however provide and completely separate roommate living room area with couch and tv for room mates. It is your area and you must keep it tidy :) My dog is 17 year old male, he is always with me, I also take him to my work each day. I really like to be clean and organized. The house is fairly large with more than enough room for everyone to move around with ease. grass area directly across street for outside activities . beautiful landscaped front yard. fenced backyard with medium sized doggy door into house. Safe neighborhood, amazing neighbors, great location . Close to 91 freeway . Very close to grocery store , liquor store, take away food, & vape shop. We also get the house cleaned 2x a month which would include your bathroom. You must still keep your areas clean and clean up any messes you may make in the bathroom or kitchen.

House Rules:

• Rent is due on the 29th of each month
• Clean the kitchen and wash/dry dishes immediately after cooking.
• No random guests. If you have a partner/gf/bf, close friends and family, we welcome them.
• Over night partner/gf/bf allowed 2 nights per week.
• No loud noise after 10 PM.
• No smoking cigarettes inside, near the house or in the backyard.
• Keep personal areas clean.
• Keep your things in your room.
• No drama, screaming, fights, or violence inside or near the house.
• Must lock both doors when leaving
• If you have a pet, you must pick up after any mess they make, including outside potty time, immediately.

My boyfriend and I share one bedroom and we rent out a room to female friends. I take my dog everywhere, he very rarely stays home alone without me. we are always together. We are very clean and organized . Work all week at my office down the street and then chill all weekend at the house . looking for a roommate who is kind, trustworthy, very clean/organized, early to bed early to rise, respects animals, and has long term employment. Feeling safe and respected are my top concerns for everyone at the house. Open and clear communication is a must :)
