PICS Your room and bathroom will be completely empty and clean when you arrive , my current roomie still has not moved her stuff . Your bathroom is down the hall from your room . Your room is at the very end of the hall which is great for privacy. Pic of kitchen included . Pic of living space with workout equipment is second living room that you could use for whatever your heart desired, with an increased rent. I will remove everything and you can use the space as you see fit. Your living room can even be accessed from the outside by the sliding door if you wished to enter privately. My living room and your living room are separated by the kitchen and a full wall so both spaces are pretty private even if being used at the same time. Last pic is of my living room to try and show how I live, my little dog is on the couch in the pic. I really like to be clean and organized. The house is fairly large with more than enough room for both of us to move around with ease. grass area directly across street for outside activities . beautiful landscaped front yard. fenced backyard with medium sized doggy door into house. If you needed storage I have some room for you to store things in the garage or a locked shed in the backyard. Safe neighborhood, amazing neighbors, great location . Close to 91 freeway . Very close to grocery store , liquor store, take away food, & vape shop.
House Rules:
Just myself and my little dog . I take my dog everywhere, he very rarely stays home alone without me. we are always together. We are very clean and organized . Work all week at my office down the street and then chill all weekend at the house . No parties , no over night guests unless we speak about it , for safety . looking for a roommate who is kind, trustworthy, very clean/organized, early to bed early to rise, respects animals, and has long term employment. Feeling safe and respected are my top concerns for everyone at the house. Open and clear communication is a must :)
