I have a spare room for rent in a 3/2 that is fully furnished (can be unfurnished if requested) and includes a private bathroom in the Tahoe Park area of Sacramento. Only 3 miles from any hospital around and right down the street from UC Davis Med Center. The house is home to two dogs (Shepard and Lab) and three chickens. It features a large backyard with a garden that produces fresh fruit and vegetables year-round. Street parking is available and free, and all utilities and W/D are included. Walking distance from a beautiful park, brewery, and places to eat.

I am an outdoor enthusiast who loves gardening, hiking, and camping. I work for a nonprofit and enjoy good food and great company. As an LGBTQ+ individual, I am looking for a roommate who is LGBTQ+ friendly. I also appreciate a cannabis-friendly environment. I work from home three days a week, so a comfortable and harmonious living space is important to me. I’m a clean person and try to control the dog hair as much as I possibly can.
