Two bedrooms available in a 6 bedroom house. There are two bathrooms in the house. There is a graduating High school Senior female in the house on the same side of the house as the 2 bedrooms. All utilities are include (water, gas, electric). There is a parking space for two vehicles as needed. The rooms are available starting June 10th and go through December 30, 2024 or longer depending on the person. There is a cat in the residence. There is a common shared living room, kitchen, and dinning room area. Large backyard with flowers and grass. Storage room in the shed for items. $1500 a month for two bedrooms or $1000 for one room (other is $500). Deposit is $1000 and is refundable upon a check out inspection. A female is preferred. Both are rooms are furnished. Located near Prescott high School. Quite neighborhood with kids.
