Upstairs bedroom available in townhouse. Rent is $540 per person (potentially less depending on situation, more on that later), then we split internet, elec, and gas bills. Private room, but share bath with 1 other person, but its a large bathroom with plenty of storage and 2 sinks. Property is 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse, fenced in back yard, 2 car garage (unfortunately both spots taken at this time). The kitchen and common/living area is small, so need a team player used to not large space. Bed might be included in room, 2 of the photos are from the property management website, but the carpet has been replaced since then. NO pets at this time. Lease is about to renew, so unsure if rent is going up, but also potentially a 4th might be moving in (due to relationship) so rent might be lower than the $540 per person.

Early 30s and Mid 20s males already living at property. Myself (early 30’s male) am a gamer, geek/nerd type, into cars, college football and work alot. The other male is also a gamer, geek/nerd type, and works full time, and plays table top games. The potential 4th is late 20s male, who is a gamer as well, and on disability due to an assault and losing a leg. We are all quiet and clean, not big drinkers or partiers (drinking that’s not out of hand or an issue allowed). Ideally looking for someone quiet and clean, and as mentioned a team player as not the biggest living space.
