Looking for 2 chill roommates! This house is a 4 bed, 3 bath. Master and downstairs bedroom is already occupied. Two remaining rooms are upstairs with a shared bathroom. This home includes a front and back yard, porch, patio, decent sized kitchen, living room, storage room, and garage parking. Rent is $550/person plus utilities (gas, internet, electricity, garbage, and water). One cat lives here, but mostly stays in my room. No more pets please due to allergies. :) This is also a smoke free home due to asthma. This is a really great deal for an awesome house with great neighbors. Within walking distance of Kleiner park and the Village. We need the new lease signed by June 15, but the move in date is June 30.

We’re amid transition and two roommates remain. We’re both pretty chill and the house is typically calm and quiet. I work at a restaurant 4-5 days a week and Kaile works from home. I like to cook with my boyfriend when time allows, work on my clothes reselling gig or photography, take on random crafty projects, play Wii (I’m fantastic at Mario Kart), and chill with a good book. Kaile is generally home in her room or in her office. She’s fun to chat with and always has a cheerful smile. :) Both of us are Christian (protestant/LDS).
