About the room
Beautiful view. It is a great peaceful neighborhood, with everything within walking distance or biking distance. Three grocery stores gas stations drug stores churches restaurants. Ten-minute drive to both BYU and UVU. This is my personal residence, so it is just the room to rent with the downstairs bathroom and common area being shared. My 21-year-old son rents the second bedroom downstairs. Both upstairs and downstairs are separated. Must be drug and alcohol-free, and must have core basic religious ideals. We are extremely lenient and helpful. The rent is 500 per month, the first and last month due at signing, and the 500 cleaning deposit will also be due. Utilities are not included in the rent.
About the roomies
Myself and my wife live upstairs, my son lives downstairs, and my three three-legged sons lives outside (pups)
