About the room

Hello! So, I’ve been living at the Apartment complex for 2 years now and it is extremely quiet, safe and friendly. The office staff is amazing and always friendly and helpful. Complex has a pool, small gym, business center, tennis courts and a manual car wash area. The apartment has a wooded view and the complex is also located minutes from KSU, shops, restaurants and the I-75. It’s also 15 minutes from Marietta Square and 30 minutes to Midtown.

Utilities are not included in the listed price, but should run no more than an additional $150 each depending on usage (estimate is on the high side). Additional utilities are Water, Electric and internet. TV I pay for, but you can use. I have an Apple TV set up in the living room with subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu Live TV and more.

You will have your own room and bathroom, with full access to the living/dining room and the kitchen. It also has a decent sized walk in closet. Your room will be furnished with a bed, end tables and a TV with Chromecast… however these items can be removed if you have your own stuff. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit you can use.

Little about me… I am a single gay male in my 30s. Quiet, introverted, nerdy/geeky but friendly once I get to know someone. I enjoy sports, line dancing, exploring new areas, the outdoors, going for drinks, movies, TV and more. Generally I’m a homebody, but do go out a few nights a week and on weekends.

As for a roommate: I’m looking for someone who is clean, sociable/friendly, respectful and responsible (pays bills on time). A college student would be ideal, but open to anyone in their 20s or early 30s. Sexual orientation is not a big deal, as long as you’re okay living with someone who is gay.

Lastly, and this part is certainly NOT a requirement… just an option, lol… rent can be negotiable if you’re open minded (interpret that how you’d like, lol).
