About the room
Studio size finished basement in a cute bungalow. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Must be good at interpersonal communication, willing to come to community agreements with the other people living here (home owner and one tenant in main house) and abide by them. There is one German Shepherd mix dog and two cats living here, you need to be cool with that and responsible with it, as well. You will need to pay a deposit and go through a background check, which you will pay for. Get in touch for further pics and details. No smoking or vaping, we are maxed out on pets at this time. Bills for internet, water, gas, and sewage usually come to around $100-150/each Depends on how judicious you are with your use of the utilities. Free onsite laundry in basement.
About the roomies
It’s just me, the homeowner, my German Shepherd mix dog and two cats currently. Most likely signing a lease to rent the furnished guest bedroom out in the next few days, so then there will be two.
