Unit was newly renovated and has brand new stainless steel appliances. In unit washer/dryer. Huge fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and oven. One block away from Berkeley Bowl and two blocks away from Whole foods, just a <20 min walk from campus!

It’s just me in the other single of the 2 bedroom apartment. I am a 21 year old female student athlete here in the Cal track team so I will be pretty busy and out of the house most days, but in my free time I love exploring the city and trying new foods. At home I usually relax, watch some tv, cook, catch up with friends and fam virtually, and study. I’m a clean person and love to keep the shared spaces organised. I love being outdoors so if you ever wanna have a no mic or go on a hike I’m totally down!
