Our loss is your gain! One of our roommates is moving so we have a current opening in our home for a June 1st move in!

We are month-to-month but ideally looking for someone who wants to stay at least a year. Rent $1200 + utilities (~$100 - 150/month)

Move in cost: $2,400 Deposit: $1,200 June rent: $1,200

Looking for someone who is respectful, tidy (we like to keep clean the common spaces clean), chill, who does their own thing but is down for the occasional game night or movies, binging a show, or making dinner together. Preferably someone who works 9-5 M-F since we most of us work from home, who has a steady paycheck and can pay rent on time. Preferably mid to late 20’s-30s, female preferred.

About the place: -The apartment is located in the Mission District on 24th Street with tons of grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants right downstairs! -It’s an 8-minute walk to BART, SFGH, with tons of MUNI stops nearby! -The apartment gets a lot of natural lighting! -View of twin peaks & Sutro Tower, so pretty at night! -The apt is 5bd, 2 bath. You’d share a bathroom with just one other person!! -Washer and dryer in-unit -Dishwasher -Utilities: PG&E, Wifi, Garbage (water is taken care of by the landlord)

• We do have 2 cats 🐱 Unfortunately we cannot add anymore pets to the house.

We are a house full of women mid 20’s - early 30’s. We are all pretty considerate, thoughtful, and easy to live with and value open communication. We love to get out on the weekends when we can for music, a live show, or whichever cool event the city has going on. Three of us work from home and during the day keep to our desks, are on meetings, and usually very busy. Weeknights, we’re usually in bed by 10/11 and getting ready for the next day. Home is sanctuary and we just love to feel cozy in our own spaces. Good vibes always.
