About the room
A four bedroom house in Monterey. Not all rooms are filled as we like to keep a calm house. Lots of street parking. We do have two cats in case you’re allergic. Would love to rent to a student or post grad as soon as June 1st! The room can include a bed, bed frame, and/or desk, but does not have to.
About the roomies
