GORGEOUS Estate in Malibu Canyon with unbelievable views. Large, furnished, private suite with stunning bathroom. The room has solid wood furniture, new queen bed, and a desk. Must love peace and quiet, organic gardens, and fresh eggs from our chicken coop. The pool is solar heated and feels like the 4 Seasons! Also, the home is 11 minutes from Malibu and there are several hiking trails that you can hike from the house. It’s paradise!
About the roomies
Two people live in the 5 bedroom estate and both are professionals. We are in our 50’s and VERY active! We do not smoke, smoke pot, or do drugs, but we love a glass of wine occasionally. We are older and are open to students from local colleges. NO DRUGS, PETS, or BAD CREDIT.
