•Location: Jefferson Park/West Adams. Only 10 minutes from USC and DTLA.
•Lease/Rent: 1 year lease then goes month to month.
•Pets: there are 3 cats here already so not looking to add anymore unfortunately. MUST BE OKAY WITH CATS.
•Looking for someone who is respectful, CLEAN, responsible, & considerate of roommates. Cool with splitting cost of household items we all use (e.g. tissue, paper towels). Preferably working full-time/has steady work and doesn’t work from home. Must have good credit but landlord will also accept a cosigner.
•Parking: One shared parking space and street parking. If multiple tenants have car, space is used on rotating basis.
