Rent is $800 for the medium size room and $850 for the larger room. The house is very comfortable and well maintained with all amenities available to the roommates (access to the kitchen, patio and laundry room).

Three working males currently living at the house. The roommates are quite, friendly, clean and very respectful. Couples are welcome too for additional rent. No pets, drugs, drinking, smoking or visitors.
