Quiet area next to a park in Smyrna. within 5 to 10 minutes of all shopping needs. 20 to 25 minutes from Nashville.

Unfurnished, with own bathroom connected to room, shared living space, plenty of parking, and an outdoor community pool.

Myself only, single guy with not much in the way of items, generally keep to myself and try to stay out of the way of the other roommate. I won’t ignore you (unless you explicitly state you want that), generally friendly, happy to be friends if we vibe, and if not, no problem, just split the rent with me and I’ll be happy.

I work in technology, and currently work second shift, so I get home between 1:30 and 3:30 AM depending on the day, though I am quiet, and also actively looking for a day job.
