The living environment is quiet and peaceful. The furnished bedroom is comfortable with attractive vintage furnishings of a full-size bed, nightstand, tall boy dresser, ceiling fan and a closet. The bedroom has an attached private bathroom.

There is a nice large, covered patio where you can enjoy a lovely scenic view of the garden and nearby mountains. The swimming pool, hot tub and tennis court are within short walking distance.

Centrally located near Gene Autry and Palm Canyon Dr. There are nearby shops, restaurants, and hospitals (20 minutes to Desert Regional Medical Center and Eisenhower Medical Center). It’s a short drive to Palm Springs airport and about 10 minutes from the I-10.

Shared Amenities and House Rules: Must respect quiet hours and house rules. Access to kitchen and common areas. Shared laundry facilities (washer and dryer). Off-street parking available. No guests without prior approval. No pets, drugs, or smoking.

Included: Electric, gas, Wi-Fi Terms: $1200 monthly (utilities included). 3-month rental minimum and will consider a longer term at a reduced rate.
