Rachael's room

It’s the whole basement area (approx 700 sq ft, give or take). Good sized backyard. Great view of pikes peak. Easy access to laundry room (this would be shared). Neighborhood is pretty quiet, we are not on a busy street. A couple blocks away from a park. Kitchen area would be shared, but you would have your own mini fridge downstairs. Takes about 15 minutes to drive to downtown. The bedroom currently has furniture in it but we may sell it, the rest of the basement is unfurnished, currently some décor on the walls but could be taken down. Open to deducting rent amount if you are willing to take care of house chores for us (laundry, floors, trash, bathrooms). Open to small dogs and cats on a case by case basis, ideally we’d prefer no pets. We would love to find someone who would have interest in taking care of our cat while we travel. Looking for someone respectful, trustworthy, more on the quiet side, not someone who would throw parties.

It is just my husband, myself and our very social 10 year old cat. We are in our early 30s. I am in CA half of the time and he goes out quite a bit. We keep our house neat and tidy and expect you to do the same. We are active and like to travel a lot. We both work remotely.
