Very spacious room with lots of windows and natural light, the bed in the picture is a king size for reference. This room is also located upstairs while the other rooms are located downstairs, so the sound insulation is very good. The house has central ac/heating.

The kitchen is also spacious and equipped with a huge fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, and is kept very clean. The bathroom is shared between you and 1-2 other roommates. Visitors and overnight guests are welcome! Just please be respectful of shared spaces.

The area is right next to the 405 highway, and 10 to 20 mins away from cities like Huntington Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa, etc. There are many grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, and good eats local to the area.

Rent is $1125/month. Utilities (water, internet, gas, electricity, etc.) are NOT included and is split among the roommates ($50-$100/month.) The security deposit is $1300.

Looking for someone to move in June 1 or July 1.

There are two people (1 male, 1 female) currently living on the property. Both working adults (ages 20s - 30s) who commute to their workplaces 5 days/week, but people who work remotely are welcome :). We are very respectful of eachother’s spaces and mainly keep to ourselves, but everyone is very friendly and conversational. On the weekends we are mostly out of the house hanging out with friends and exploring the city. There is also a cat in the house (currently not looking for any other pets)!
