Awesome landlord and friendly downstairs neighbors with front lawn entrance, the apartment is 2 set of stairs up and the stairs are inside the apartment.

I am a 30-year-old nonprofit arts administrator. I am an extroverted introvert (mostly introvert), POC, and I mostly work remotely. The apartment is 2 sets of stairs up (the stairs are a part of the apartment interior). LGBTQIA+ friendly, 420 friendly. I enjoy wine, cooking, film, good music, and board games. I have the sweetest, cutest little dog ever named Louie (in pics, Dachshund/Corgi) and he already loves you. My current roommate is relocating with her partner. This place is a steal, the landlord is fantastic, and I don’t want to lose this place yet! I’m looking forward to some new energy and new decor or furniture.
