The house is ideally located within walking distance to downtown and is conveniently situated between two major bus routes, providing easy access to public transportation and local amenities. Tenants enjoy full access to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen—perfect for those who enjoy cooking at home. The bathroom is shared among three roommates and has consistently worked well in past living arrangements. The room is available for a lease term of 12 months. We’re looking for a respectful, responsible individual to join our friendly and considerate household.

Hi, I’m Shelby—the homeowner. I live in the house with my boyfriend, Austin, along with my friendly, crate-trained dog, Obi Wan. I currently work in Airway Heights and am not attending school at the moment. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, located next to a school, which helps keep things peaceful during the day—especially throughout the school year. Street parking is available and typically easy to find. Obi Wan is friendly and always open to cuddles, creating a warm and welcoming environment for animal lovers. Please note: While we love animals, we’re unable to accommodate any additional pets at this time to ensure a comfortable space for everyone—including Obi Wan.
