An unfurnished room is ready for rent. The size is about 10x11ft. The room comes with its own closet and extra closet space is available upon request. The room does have windows with plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The room is also steps away from the shared full size bathroom.

I’m a busy person and currently live alone. I value respect, privacy and quietness. Im looking to rent my spare room to someone that also seeks the same kind of environment. The residence is very secured, surrounded with iron fencing. The backyard is also private with plenty of walking or sitting out space.
