Master bedroom with attached bathroom in a 4 bedroom, 2 story house. There is also an extra living room I don’t use, so you’re basically getting half the property. The house is on a quiet & family friendly cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. Kitchen has plenty of open storage and you can share as long as you wash your dishes. Garage also has plenty of storage room. The neighborhood is very safe and Oxford Academy, which is the #1 high school in CA, is within walking distance. Also walkable is a dog-friendly park, a gym, and a wine/coffee shop. Cypress College is a 5 min drive, Long Beach State is 15 min.

I’m 39, a Corporate Ops Manager working mostly from home. I live here alone and my 4 y/o son is here 50% of the week. The fourth bedroom is used as an office/fish room. My girlfriend sleeps over a couple nights a week.

I’m a clean, friendly, outgoing guy who also loves my alone time. I still snowboard and workout when I can, but spare time is rare with dad life. Golfing, cooking, and throwing darts are my main hobbies. Wine and whiskey are always welcomed and cannabis is ok outside when the kid isn’t around. I also have a 50lb sled dog who sheds a bit, but she’s a sweetheart.
